Do you provide Dog Licenses?

We are currently running 2026 licenses. Stop in the shelter to fill out a form. You leave with a tag.

Is there a surrender fee?

There is never a surrender fee. CALL TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE SPACE TO TAKE ANIMAL(S) (570)748-4756

Is there a Humane Officer?

Unfortunately, no. There is no Humane officer in Clinton County. All animal cruelty can be enforced by your local police department. If there is no coverage, it is enforced by the Lamar PSP.

Can we help with your vet bill?

Unfortunately, no. We cannot help with your pet. Precise for paws can help by contacting preciseforpaws@gmail.com

Do you take feral cats?

NO! We do not take in feral cats. There is a trap and release program to utilize to help keep the cat population down.

What does the shelter need?

Under the Donate tab at the top of the page, click on our Amazon or Chewy link to view our wish lists. They are kept updated. All orders are shipped directly to the shelter. Or use the PayPal link under the same tab to make a monetary donation.
