Our Mission

The Clinton County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is dedicated to the humane treatment of all domesticated animals.
The Clinton County SPCA provides shelter for abandoned, abused or neglected animals.
The CCSPCA serves as a shelter for animals in times of need and times of disaster.
The Clinton County SPCA is a Non-Profit 501c3 organization of professionals and volunteers dedicated to animal protecting, and the preventing of cruelty to animals throughout the County.
