We are a small, no-kill shelter that sits on the Dunnstown side of the Susquehanna River. In 2017, nearly 126 dogs, 4 ferrets, 3 chinchillas, 184 cats, 2 birds, and 2 pigs were housed by the Clinton County S.P.C.A thanks to the help of our community. The CCSPCA provides shelter for abandoned, harmed or injured animals and investigates improper treatment of animals. The SPCA also serves as a shelter for animals in times of disaster. Please follow our FaceBook page to support our mission of helping provide shelter and care to abandoned, harmed and injured animals in our area.
